Affiliate Membership Application
INSTRUCTIONS: This application form is designed for you to fill out, click on the 'Print Preview' and then print the filled-out form on your personal printer to mail into MCAR. The application must be signed and accompanied by payment. To request the amount of the Membership Fee, email MCAR at services@mcarealtors.org.
The undersigned applies for admission as an Affiliate member of the Montgomery County Association of REALTORS®, Inc (“MCAR”)., and once approved, agrees to abide by the Constitution, Bylaws, Policies and Procedures of the Association, accepting and agreeing to be subject to all of them as they now exist or as they may be hereafter amended.
The applicant agrees to pay the membership dues at the signing of this application and yearly thereafter, as long as he/she is a Member of said Association. Nonpayment of said dues will result in the termination of membership in the Association and all rights and privileges thereof.
