If you are currently working in a real-estate related field (i.e mortgage company, home inspection, newspaper, bank, communications, title service, pest control, Home Builder, etc.) you are encouraged to join the Montgomery County Association of REALTORS® as an Affiliate Member

As an Affiliate Member of the MCAR you are linked to nearly 3000 local REALTORS®. This connection will allow you to create business contacts and network the value of your services. Some of the many benefits of Affiliate membership include:

• Access to membership database information
• The opportunity to meet with REALTOR® members at seminars, social outings and general meetings
• Preferred advertising pricing in print publications
• Your company name listed in the Affiliate directory and on the web site
• Educational events that keep members informed of the latest technology and trends relating to the real estate industry

MCAR Affiliate membership is individually based. As such, benefits only extend to the member, not the company or its other employees.

Affiliate Memberships are categorized as PRIMARY or SECONDARY. If you wish to apply for either of the Affiliate memberships, please complete the application and return it to the Association office, along with your form of payment for the applicable annual dues. (To request a dues schedule, please email our Member Relations Coordinator, Judy Logan, at jlogan@mcarealtors.org) Once the application is processed and approved, a new member welcome pack will be sent.

Join the Affiliate Committee!

After your application has been submitted and accepted, you are invited, and encouraged, to join the MCAR Affiliate Committee. This working group provides Affiliate Members the opportunity to collectively formulate programs and activities designed to produce mutual benefits to REALTOR® and Affiliate Members. As members of the Affiliate Committee you enjoy added benefits such as the abilities to showcase your company at MCAR’s New Member Orientation Class five times a year, and various other amenities.
