Putting your License in Referral or Escrow status?
Please complete the MCAR Record Change Form along with the required form listed below, to ensure you and/or your broker are not assessed your REALTOR® membership dues.
If you want to go into referral, MCAR needs this Limited Function Referral Office (LFRO) Certification Form completed by your broker.

If you place your license in escrow, MCAR will need a copy of the escrow letter your broker sends to the PA Real Estate Commission.
