In order to maintain the most accurate membership records, MCAR requires all members changing office status to complete the Member Record Change Form immediately upon any change in MCAR member affiliation. All changes must be submitted in writing along with a copy of the PA Real Estate License emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org for any change in licensee status. Prompt delivery of this information will ensure no interruption of service during the transition period.
Please note this form is for CURRENT members. NEW members and NEW offices must submit a membership application.
